This Tuesday, June 8, the documentary "El arte musical" (2020) by Nahuel Ugazio will be broadcast in an online function on the YouTube channel of the Argentinian National Library, within the framework of the 16th Cycle of Independent and Author Cinema
Together with the Mariano Moreno National Library, La Nave de los Sueños heads the organization of this cycle, present to us different projects of Argentinian National Cinema. On the Instagram page of La Nave you can find the complete program for the month, which has a variety of audiovisual proposals, from shorts to documentaries and films. For two decades promoting the dissemination of national projects and in turn being a bridge of exchange with audiovisual manifestations of the world, La Nave presents us with a vision of non-unilateral cinema, that integrates festivals, screenings, talks, workshops and exhibitions to connect the filmmakers and researchers with the public itself.
What you will have the pleasure of seeing next Tuesday via streaming, is a documentary made from home tapes from 2018 that portray the process of recording the album "Sector Apagado" by Rosario Bléfari and her band. Compiled with love by Nahuel Ugazio and Federico Orio, friends of Rosario, this documentary, screened last year at the 35th Mar del Plata International Film Festival, shares us not only personal moments and unique talks, but also the deep and delicate craftof making music, of creating art from the inner fiber, attentive to the smallest detail, evidencing the beautiful complexity of transmitting feeling in musical notes. A warm and intimate experience that you cannot miss, whether you follow Rosario's work and life closely or this is your first approach, the door is open for you to connect and share this energy.
